15 Clever Baby Products

Becoming a mom opens you to an entire new world. We never realize how big the baby industry is until we actually become parents. So many brands and so many products to choose from, how would you ever know which is the right one to get? I must admit, I regret half of the products I bought for Kitana. However I was glad I discovered many because they helped make my life a bit easier. After researching I found 15 genius products which would be great to invest in.

Please note they are in no particular order and not all products mentioned below are available in South Africa yet.

1. Baby bullet

My husband came across this product when my duaghter was 5 months and he suggested we get it. It was such a good decision we made because it helped me a lot in the kitchen. Preparing foods for a baby is not always the simplest. With baby bullet you can make meals the easy way! It’s perfect because it’s small which means you not using a big blender. You don’t end up losing half of the food in it. Its storage containers are perfect for freezing and you can use them even when Baby is all grown up.

2. 4Moms Origami Stroller

If I was choosing strollers all over again, I would think about investing in Origami. I think when you out shopping alone with baby, this will be such a lifesaver. It’s at a reasonable price which is so worth it. This is on my wish list for baby no.2! Enjoy the luxury and convenience of the 4moms Origami Power Folding Stroller that folds itself and boasts an impressive variety of features. The two-step folding function ensures the stroller will only fold when you want it to, and the safety sensors allow the stroller to fold only when the seat is empty.

Some features I love:

  • Self-charging

Generators in its rear wheels charge the origami® while you walk and can even charge your cell phone. For peak battery performance it’s best to plug the origami® into a wall outlet overnight about once every two weeks. For use with children up to 18.1437kg

  • Power-folding

Opens and closes itself at the touch of a button.

  • Daytime Running Lights

Make you and your baby more visible all the time.

  • Pathway Lights

Located under the stroller, they turn on automatically in low-light conditions.

  • LCD Dashboard

Includes thermometer, speedometer, trip and lifetime odometers.

  • Cell Phone Charger

Use the origami® to charge your cell phone while you walk with this optional accessory.

3. The Nuna Leaf

This baby chair can be used from birth to an adult! How crazy is that? But absolutely true, my husband sat on it at the baby expo last year and nope he never fall off or break it.
