Five Delicious Juice Recipes

I got five delicious and nutritious juice recipes that can be made in the comfort of your own home.

These are quick and easy recipes that will take you around 5 minutes. It’s perfect if you have a busy lifestyle and always on the go.

1. Celery and Carrot Juice


• 80 g Celery
• 200 g Carrots
• 80 g Mineral Water

• Juice 80 g Celery, 200 g carrots (washed) in the juicer with 80 g Mineral Water
• Stir and serve immediately

Nutritional benefits of carrots:
An excellent source of vitamin A which helps maintaining normal vision and immune system.

2. Lemon, Apple and Strawberry Juice

Lemon, Apple and Strawberry Juice

• ¼ Lemon
• 1 Apple
• 200 g strawberries

• Process the apple in the juicer
• Add the strawberries, blend until smooth, and add the peeled lemon
• Stir and serve immediately

Nutritional benefits of strawberries:
Good source of vitamin C which is essential for collagen formation and keeping your skin young.

3. Tomato, Orange and Pomegranate Juice

• 1 Tomato
• 1 Orange
• 1 Pomegranate

• Process all the tomato, peeled orange and pomegranate seeds in the juicer
• Blend until smooth and mix well
• Serve immediately

Nutritional benefits of tomatoes:
Contains antioxidant lycopene which helps prevent body cell from damage. Rich in vitamin A and C which helps to keep your eyesight healthy and boosts your immune system.

4. Pineapple, Kiwi Juice


• ¼ Pineapple
• 1 Kiwi fruit
• 80 g Mineral Water

• Process the pineapple in the juicer
• Add the kiwi fruit, followed by the mineral water
• Blend until smooth and serve immediately

Nutritional benefits of pineapples:
Pineapple is loaded with vitamin C, B1 and smaller amounts of B2, B3, B5 and B6. It is also an excellent source of manganese, copper, magnesium, potassium, beta-carotene, folic acid, and dietary fiber.

5. Grape and Pomegranate Juice


• 200 g Purple Grapes
• 250 g Pomegranate

• Process the pomegranate in the juicer and mix well
• Add the grapes and continue blending till smooth
• Serve immediately

Nutritional benefits of pomegranate and grapes:
Pomegranates are effective in reducing heart disease risk factors, have dietary value as antioxidant while red grapes have high water content, are good for hydration, and are also high in antioxidants important for eye health.

    The only one I have ever tried is the Pineapple Kiwi juice and it was so delicious. My curiosity perked up and I really want to try Pomegranate and Grape juice, it sounds like it would have a great taste.
