Mac and Cheese

I’m not much of a cook, I’m still learning. I’m fortunate to have my mom stay with me, so she cooks most of the time. I definitely want to learn more recipes and cuisines. I’ve been watching Nicko’s Kitchen on YouTube and I’m loving it.

Below is the recipe for his famous Mac and Cheese, I added bacon on top which I fried and some breadcrumbs..

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
100g butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

4 cups macaroni pasta (cooked)
extra cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to top
bacon, breadcrumbs and sun-dried tomatoes optional
