My favourite YouTube Workout videos you should try

Youtube workouts

In the last year, I spent a lot of time researching and trying out different workouts to find one that actually works for me, on my level of fitness and that is not extremely difficult or long.

As a mom of three kids, I have a limited amount of time to work out. I prefer exercising early in the morning, if that is not possible, then I do it in the afternoon before the bedtime routine begins.

Over the last few months, I put together a playlist of my favourite workouts and thought that I would share them with you too.

Please make sure that before you start a workout you must do a warmup and a cool-down session afterward. This really helps prevent pain the next day.

Ever woke up and felt as if someone has punched you really hard? That is what a good workout can do to you if you don’t stretch enough. I have been there several times.

TIP: Choose a few workouts that you would like to try and then create your schedule for the week alternating between them.

Did I mention that all these workouts are FREE?

My favourite channels:

Lucy Wyndham-Read has amazing workouts (also has challenges worth trying) and they are a bit easier than Chloe Tings for me. I follow a few of her workouts especially for glutes.

Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone – if you are a beginner, definitely start your fitness journey with Leslie. Her workouts are super easy (will give you those steps you need) and will work on your entire body.

Chloe Ting – Looking for something more challenging? Chloe Ting has a few that will keep you on your toes but produces amazing results in a short space of time.

If you are a beginner, these are the videos you should check out first:

These are some of my favourite videos. I hope this post gives you an idea of the type of workouts I have been doing over the last year. It has really helped tone my body especially my stomach and glues.

Remember, you need to make sure you are eating well to get the best results.

Find a routine that works for you – the only way you can do this is by trying out a few to see which one you prefer. I would suggest starting with 2 videos, so you don’t overwhelm yourself.

Good luck! If you do try any of these, please do tag me on Instagram or Facebook and share your results so we can celebrate together!
